Shanghai is the largest city of china located at where the Yangtze river drop in to sea. Shanghai population is more then 13 million peoples including hanghai urban area.. I visit this city recently, I was see that this city made fascinated achievements of the last ten Years. China is changing after every day, and shanghai is  best place to experience this amazing economical, and life style change.

Shanghai china has long and colorful history. In the period state of warring (475-221 BC). It was the part of the great state Chu. During the song dynasty period, this city has been developed as a commercial harbor of China. On these days. Shanghais a state of spinning and weaving techniques. Cotton and spinning and weaving boost china peoples life and strong the economy.  Ming period (1368-1644), shanghai is a centre state of the world cotton industry.

After the opium war china broke out between Britain and china in 1840, shanghai was forced to open a commercial port of the country to connect with other foreign regional countries.

You can found shanghai as a shopping land, Nanjing road of shanghai and huaihia road has lots of cultural shops and malls. This is a ideal place for shopping lover, where all kinds of goods and service are available for sale.

Chenghuangio is a beautiful place to visit and shopping in china, which has more then hundreds shops who sale small products. Many shops are most popular for selling pear syrup candy available at 40 different varieties. The candy made with herbal medicine and natural ingredients.

Today, with the opening of modern developed of the new pudong district. Shanghai has become the heritage of financials  Trade, commerce and cultural activities. This city play a vital role to drive and boost country economy.

Chinese wedding

Wedding is most beautiful and cultural tradition, mostly Chinese weddings in china are maintain with traditional Chinese cultural elements and techniques. Now we are discuss here about how to plan or celebrate Chinese wedding.


Chinese wedding decoration

Mostly Chinese wedding are arranged or decorated under the banquet hall or hotel reception hall. Chinese wedding is a character of happiness and meeting with peoples, the Chinese word “Doa”. Therefore, it symbolizes with arrival of happiness.

Other Chinese wedding decoration includes are candles, flower, lights and sounds like a western wedding. This wedding has a beautiful stage for the bride groom, one the other hand the master of ceremonies makes announcements of a wedding festivals.

Mostly Chinese wedding are decorated with tables flower and large bouquets of colorful flowers are often given to the bride or groom as a gift. Some brides are carry small bouquet of flower though this is just for weeding photos.

Orchid flower are symbol of a Chinese wedding flower. Orchid are symbol of love and marriage couple. Orchid flower also represents fortune and wealth in Chinese culture.


Chinese wedding favour

Mostly Chinese wedding include Chinese favor which are give to the guests or arrivals departure. Most Chinese wedding favor includes business cards, flower cards, wedding photos of bride and groom.

The bride holds a baskets of chocolates with hand candies that given guest of the wedding too the groom. At some wedding, the bride may also have red colored eggs.

Other wedding favor includes red paper and blocks of rice wrapped, photo frames and business frames.

Chinese tea house

Teahouse is a special place for Chinese people to have a tea, it is most popular in Yangtze River area of china it is called teahouse in provinces like Hainan and Guangxi, and is called tea pavilion in north china and Beijing.  These are some other name of teahouse are chasi, chafang, chalio, chayuan, and chashi.

The teahouse or small teahouses are running from long before in china. During the song of dynasty and chasi, tea was sold. The tea industry of china was further developed, at this time; it is the biggest industry of china includes more then 360 units. During the period of qing dynasty, Manchu mostly spend their tine in tea houses. They become important activity for people from all walks of life, such as merchants, high officials and workers. Most cafes of china are similar to the cafes of western countries but this country has number of teahouse in towns, which has special traditional culture with gathered social information, news and daily things.

The teahouses of china are closed with Chinese tea culture and tradition. After passing thousand of development years, the teahouse has become a part of Chinese peoples life, now people come to Beijing and attracted with those famous teahouse culture.

Shanghai weekly

Shanghai weekly is a weekly newspaper shown the Chinese news, culture, life, and streets of shanghai. It happened when I purchase a copy of the weekly newspaper on the street white I visiting this city last year. I never read newspaper like this before. The weekly news is quite interesting, this new magazine shown weekly page overview of a week, from this magazine you can get life style and culture activities of shanghai peoples. Shanghai is largest and most dynamic city of the china.

This weekly newspaper has two sections A and b section with 16 pages. The size of the pages is 11 by 15 inches. Shanghai weekly cover news, sports and culture life. The section b is covered fashion, entertainment, life style and food. The section b is more color full and attractive with better printing and color combination. This paper issued among 7 June to 14 June 2001.

Traditional Chinese women dress

At the end of 2002, china has female population of 0.62 billion, approximately 48.5 % total population of country. Chinese women wear traditional dress in wedding. The Chinese wedding dress is red and normally has traditional color with white combination. The red color also use many Asian countries. Red color is more preferred because this is a center of all colors and use for wedding, invitation and birthday party.

The traditional Chinese dress is called qi pao using silver and gold design. Southern bride of china normally wear two pirce qun gua and kwa cloth. The dress is normally red and has strong color of red and white.
Choosing a wedding Chinese dress is a important decision because dress made a attraction and bride feel special and comfortable. Mostly Chinese bride wear white color on wedding.
